Luca and I
As always, I had so much fun this week photographing some lovely dogs at Bath Cats and Dogs home. It is so important to find these dogs the loving homes they deserve and I hope that I can be a part of that by taking their photograph to capture their characters and giving them a better chance at finding a home.
This week, I met this gorgeous boy - Rottweiler, Luca. As soon as I saw him, he took my breath away. Such a handsome boy with a heart so incredibly soppy, he made mine completely melt.
Luca is a 5 year old Rottweiler who is looking for his forever home. He came to the dogs home in December and how he hasn't found his loving home yet, I will never know. Playful and friendly, he LOVES cuddles and belly rubs and would make a loyal companion. He can live with children but finds it difficult to socialise with other dogs so would need to be the only pet, which is the only reason I didn't bring him home with me!
I have to admit, I fell crazy in love with this little guy and anyone who has him as part of their family will be so very lucky. We had lots of cuddles on his photo shoot and he even shared a few kisses with me. He was such a pro though, sitting to have his photograph taken, coming for a cuddle in between shots. He particularly liked the sun and sat up proudly on the steps catching its rays. He would love a nice warm bed and a family to call his own.
Here he is being the perfect model, and one of him and I having cuddles.

You can also find some more dogs needing homes on my Rescue Dogs page.
Luca has now been adopted. If you have adopted Luca, please get in touch with me. I would love to know how he's doing!
